In the afternoon we walked down our street to a neighbor’s farm which has a restaurant open in the weekends. Great place to have lunch with children by a little river and with lovely animals.

We needed this break because tomorrow we’ll spend the day at the mill (frantoio), where our olives will be pressed for the best extra virgin olive oil from the famous Sabina hills ! Have you ever seen the olive oil making ?
